Tax Deferred and Guaranteed Growth Year After Year:

The deferred annuities I offer all have guaranteed interest rates. I strongly suggest products where the interest rate guarantee matches the term of the annuity. So, for example, if a product has say a 5 years surrender charge period (term) the rate must be also be guaranteed for the full 5 years. This way there are no surprises in the form of a much reduced rate in the years after receiving the annuity. I am able to tell my clients the exact amount they will receive at the end of the term, and they really find comfort in that fact.
